My Coaching Style

I do not do therapy on you.

You do your own therapy with the method.

I simply coach you in applying the method.

Thus the name... "Core Method Coaching"

You will experience a "felt-sense" of a reduction in the intensity of your emotional states. The change will be measurable. You will have a greater sense of calm and clarity.

One of the most important parts of my style of coaching is that you have learned and own the therapy tool. This means you

won't have to wait for time with me

to continue your progress.

You will be able to make progress on your own in between sessions. Thus, your healing and change work will happen much faster than

with traditional therapies.


I've had clients accomplish 6 months of progress in three sessions over a week.

In the email, indicate that you have at least read the Core Method E-Book AND have had some success with the method on your own. It would be better if you have also watched the training video, as this will deepen your understanding of our work together.
